1. Terms

By accessing this School, you are agreeing to be bound by these Terms of Use, all applicable laws and regulations, and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site. The materials contained in this School are protected by applicable copyright and trademark law.

2. Use License

  1. Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of any downloadable materials on the School’s website for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:
  2. modify or copy the materials;
  3. use the materials for any commercial purpose, or for any public display (commercial or non-commercial);
  4. attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained on the School’s web site;
  5. remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials; or
  6. transfer the materials to another person or 'mirror' the materials on any other server.
  7. This license shall automatically terminate if you violate any of these restrictions and may be terminated by Company at any time. Upon terminating your viewing of these materials or upon the termination of this license, you must destroy any downloaded materials in your possession whether in electronic or printed format.

3. Refund Policy

Students who withdraw from the program 14 days of the first class are eligible for a full refund. To withdraw, you must email sacredgardenschool@gmail.com to inform us of your refund request in writing.

If you wish to withdraw after 14 days from our first class, you may be eligible for a partial refund. The conditions are as follows:

  1. If you withdraw after the first 14 days, but within the 6 weeks of the program, you may be eligible for a 75% refund and will lose all access to this course content.
  2. If you withdraw at any point after October 1, you will not be entitled to any tuition refund, however, you may choose to retain access to the content on Teachable that you paid for and can join another round of this program in the future if you want to participate in the live portion for full credit. 

4. Disclaimer

The materials on the School’s website are provided 'as is'. The School makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties, including without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights. Further, the School does not warrant or make any representations concerning the accuracy, likely results, or reliability of the use of the materials on its website or otherwise relating to such materials or on any sites linked to this site.

5. Limitations

In no event shall the School be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on the School’s website, even if the School or an authorized of the School has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage. Because some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties, or limitations of liability for consequential or incidental damages, these limitations may not apply to you.

6. Revisions and Errata

The materials appearing on the School’s website may include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. The School does not warrant that any of the materials on its web site are accurate, complete, or current. The School may make changes to the materials contained on its web site at any time without notice. The School does not, however, make any commitment to update the materials.

The School has not reviewed all of the sites linked to its website and is not responsible for the contents of any such linked site. The inclusion of any link does not imply endorsement by the School of the site. Use of any such linked website is at the user's own risk.

The School may revise these Terms of Use for its website at any time without notice. By using this website you are agreeing to be bound by the then current version of these Terms of Use.

9. Governing Law

Any claim relating to the School’s website shall be governed by the laws of the School Owner’s home jurisdiction without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

10. Course Expectations

You agree to make reasonable efforts to attend classes and to contact SGS when you cannot attend. While you are responsible for keeping up with assignments and class attendance, SGS reserves the sole right not to award any class certificate based on excessive class absenteeism, failure to keep up with program work, disruptive behavior in class (and/or to any fellow students) and any other reason where SGS, in its sole reasonable judgment, determines that you did not exemplify the knowledge, skills and/or conduct to certify that you possess such qualities in relation to your program course work. You acknowledge that the program is solely for personal educational knowledge and SGS makes no promises or guarantees to you concerning any matter related to the program that is not expressly stated in this letter agreement.
